Please enter your order number and your email address or postal code to open your order and submit a cancellation request for individual items or for the entire order.

Important: Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that your order can still be cancelled before shipping. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be stopped.

In this case, you can refuse delivery of the parcel or return the goods after receiving them. A return label via our returns portal costs €5.90. Alternatively, you can send the return yourself with sufficient postage.

Our voluntary return option is valid for up to 30 days after receiving the goods. Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected.
