Is return shipping free?
Yes, returns via our returns portal are free for orders over 50€ and within 14 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. If this deadline has passed, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt.
