• Photo of the courier label (delivery service: DHL, POST, GLS, etc.)
• Photo of the inside of the package with product and packaging material
• Photo of the damaged or defective product
• Photo or copy of the enclosed document with the tracking number

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects within 5 days. Improper use or modifications to the product will void the warranty.
